CTIAS (Community Technology Integration And Support) is a program of the City of Quincy, directed by John C. Cain, Jr. We exist to ensure that every resident of Quincy and surrounding towns— regardless of income, age, language, or background — can access and use technology with confidence.

Digital equity is necessary for civic participation, employment, lifelong learning, and access to essential services.
