What we offer
The need
Thousands of individuals and families across Massachusetts are held back by the digital divide. CTIAS exists to change that.
Digital equity is necessary for civic participation, employment, lifelong learning, and access to essential services.
In Quincy and across Massachusetts, thousands of residents lack reliable internet, devices, or the digital skills to use them — limiting access to jobs, healthcare, education, and government services.
Our programs
We offer a range of programs designed to build skills, bridge the digital divide, and support innovation.
